Christine Benson is a Licensed Master's Social Worker who obtained her master's degree from Fordham University. She has been in the field of social work for almost twenty years. Christine is passionate about helping people find a solution to live life and experience happiness in all they do. Christine's specialty areas include personality disorders, anxiety, depression, children diagnosis, eating disorders, suicidal ideation, and trauma. Christine's experience as a therapist has shown successful outcomes with adults, families, couples, and children. In addition to traditional therapy, Christine uses various treatment methods utilizing the expressive arts, including somatic movement therapy, which provides insights into the mind-body-spirit experience.
