I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with over 12 years of experience working with diverse populations, including disadvantaged youth, trauma survivors, individuals facing chronic illness, domestic violence survivors, those battling substance use, and people with disabilities. I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Fordham University and hold a Bachelor’s in Social Work from York College, CUNY. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in various clinical environments, including outpatient mental health clinics, residential services, and private practice. I specialize in providing therapy for conditions such as anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, grief, ADHD, and relationship dynamics. My approach is trauma-informed and utilizes evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
I am deeply committed to creating a safe, collaborative, and empathetic space where clients can work toward healing and personal growth. My passion lies in supporting individuals and families as they navigate complex challenges, and I believe that everyone has the capacity for change. Whether you’re seeking personal growth, support through life transitions, or a deeper understanding of your struggles, my goal is to help you unlock your potential and move forward with strength and purpose. Together, we can create a personalized plan to foster resilience, self-compassion, and lasting transformation.
