As humans, it is inevitable that we experience adversity or trauma in our lifetime. But we are designed to be resilient, adaptable, and lifelong learners. My goal as a social worker is to be a source of guidance on the journey to self-actualization and encourage others to see the potential they are born with.
Background
Jasmarie Molina is a bilingual Licensed Master Social Worker that has experience working in community and educational programs providing mental health counseling. Jasmarie works closely with all ages, providing clinical counseling, psychoeducation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Expressive Arts Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, life coaching and many other modalities. Jasmarie facilitates crisis intervention and prevention. Jasmarie also provides individual and family counseling, focusing on culturally informed care and trauma-informed services. Jasmarie attended College of Mount Saint Vincent where she obtained her undergraduate degree in bachelor's in Sociology with a Concentration in Social Services and her Graduate degree from Fordham University where she obtained her master's in social work.
