Anna Johnson obtained her Master's degree in social work from Adelphi University in 2005 and her bachelor's degree in Professional Studies in Human Services in 1999. She has over 23 years of Social Service Experience; she has worked for St. Tolentine Zeiser Community Center and various Developmental Disabilities agencies and provided direct oversight at the Community Resource Center for the Developmentally Disabled. Anna has ten years of direct social work experience and enjoys working with families to decrease symptomology while increasing daily functioning. Also, adults with anxiety, Major depression, Bipolar disorder, domestic violence, and individuals incarcerated have received Motivational Interviewing, Conflict Management, Crisis Prevention, Engagement, and Assessment training. Her approach to administering PHQ-9, GAD-7, Psychosocial Assessments, Suicide Risk Assessments, PTSD Assessments, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, trauma-informed care, Understanding Grief & Loss, and Engagement and Assessment.
