Christina is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her Master’s degree from Adelphi University. With over 10 years of experience, she has worked with diverse populations, including adolescents, teenagers, adults, and seniors. Christina has supported individuals facing various challenges, including domestic violence, childhood abuse, severe mental illness, substance abuse, and issues affecting the elderly. Her approach is client- and family-centered, incorporating evidence-based therapies such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Informed Treatment, Motivational Interviewing, and Psychoanalytic Therapy. Christina believes that providing a warm, accepting, nonjudgmental, and safe environment is essential to building a strong therapeutic relationship.
