As a dedicated advocate for the well-being of children and families, I bring a unique blend of clinical and child welfare experience to my practice. With a Master’s degree in Social Work and a focus on child and family services, I have spent eight years working within the child welfare system, supporting families through challenges and advocating for the best interests of children. My professional journey has equipped me with a deep understanding of the complex dynamics that impact family functioning and child development. I have worked closely with children and adolescents who have experienced trauma, neglect, and abuse, as well as with parents navigating the complexities of parenting in challenging circumstances. My therapeutic style is warm, empathetic, and collaborative. I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly, within a trauma-informed framework to ensure that treatment is sensitive to the needs of individuals with trauma histories.
Drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Attachment-Based Interventions, I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual.
Whether you're navigating challenges in your relationships, coping with anxiety or depression, or seeking personal growth and self-discovery, I am here to walk alongside you. I believe in the power of collaboration and partnership, working together with clients to create a safe and nurturing environment where healing and growth can flourish. Together, we will work to cultivate insight, resilience, and positive change. Outside of my practice, I am committed to ongoing professional development. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve and empower others on their journey toward greater well-being and I look forward to partnering with you on your path to healing and transformation.
