Diana Roche is a Licensed Master's Social Worker who received her degree from Adelphi University and has over 14 years working with diverse populations. She has worked with children and families in preventive services, senior citizens through Office for the Aging, and as a Medical Social Worker for Hospice and in hospital Case Management. Diana has experience in working with clients diagnosed with ADHD, PTSD, personality disorders, complicated grief, substance use disorder, anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. Diana has an eclectic approach and draws on modalities such as CBT, DBT Motivational Interviewing, Self-Talk, Strength Base, Psychoeducation, to help clients develop coping skills to overcome crises. Diana is bilingual, speaks English and Spanish.
Diana is passionate about helping clients become the best version of themselves by empowering and encouraging them to be their authentic self to fulfill the version of the person they want to be. Diana wants to help clients identify what they are feeling and help them to heal by providing a safe, open, and non-judgment space where honest conversations can occur.
