Pamela Collins earned her Master of Science in Social Work (MSSW) from The College of Saint Rose and has dedicated her career to supporting women as they navigate life’s unique challenges. With extensive experience working with women of all ages, she specializes in addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, and major life transitions. Pamela is passionate about helping women heal from past wounds, build confidence, and develop the resilience needed to thrive.
Women face complex emotional, social, and cultural pressures that can deeply impact their well-being. From the challenges of motherhood, perinatal mood disorders, and self-esteem struggles to the effects of intimate partner violence, grief, and societal expectations, Pamela provides a safe and compassionate space for women to process their emotions and find strength. She also supports women managing ADHD, PTSD, mood disorders, and the stress of balancing careers, relationships, and personal fulfillment.
Using a person-centered and trauma-informed approach, Pamela integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and self-compassion techniques. She believes that every woman’s journey is unique and that therapy should be an empowering and transformative experience.
Pamela is committed to helping women reclaim their voices, embrace their worth, and create lives filled with meaning, confidence, and joy. Seeking support is an act of strength, and she is honored to walk alongside women as they heal, grow, and thrive. You don’t have to go through this journey alone—together, you will build resilience, break through barriers, and cultivate lasting change.
